Not at all. Our coaches scale every workout to your fitness level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll get a challenging and appropriate workout.

Open gym membership ($49/month) includes two weekly classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, monthly yoga, and open access to the facility. The group fitness membership is a separate membership with its own class schedule and programming. Reach out and we’ll help you figure out which is the best fit.

Yoga is held once a month and is led by Nikela Gates and E’lyn Taylor. It’s a 60-minute all-levels flow, and classes are donation-based.

Guests require a completed guest form. Reach out to us and we can get that set up for you.
